Spring Picnic

Join us for a fun day in the sun! Please note that the clock moves forward by one hour.



Games for all ages: Soccer, Sack race, Bingo, Tug o'war, and more...

Potluck lunch: Main dish & 1 liter drink (families)
                           Appertizer or dessert & 1 liter drink (singles)

GOA will provide rice, tea & snacks.
Please bring your own plates, cups, cutlery & napkins.
Additional games and sports ideas are welcome.

Hollywood Bowl Weekend Spectacular

Dinner & cocktails: Bring a meal to share, and plan to be fully self-sufficient: plates, cups, napkins, etc. Alcoholic beverages are permitted.

Cost
: $32/ per person, includes the price for the picnic area reservation. Children under 2 free.

Legendary disco kings, the Village People open with their unforgettable songs and energetic dance moves. Morris Day & the Time deliver their straight-up old-school funk. And the one-and-only Kool & the Gang cap the night with hit after hit!

Camp Seely
September 1-3, 2017

Arrival: Sept 1, 4 PM onwards
Departure: Sept 3, noon
Place: 250 N Highway 138
           Crestline, CA 92325

Everyone brings their own food and you can team up with other campers to allocate meals to each, as well. Saturday Goan dinner will be catered and partially sponsored by the GOA to bring the cost down to $10/person. Please book your dinner tickets as needed.
Aloha!! It's a Hawaiian theme for Saturday night! Hang loose!!


Camp Seely is approximately 75 miles from Los Angeles. The estimated travel time is 1-1/2 to 2 hrs.

Enjoy a relaxing Labor Day weekend in the mountains, with friends, fun, food, games, sports, hikes, music, dance and more!!... Further details will be emailed to you after booking. You may contact the committee as well for further info, or if you need to pair up with others for a cabin.

Cost: $165/4 person cabin
         $180/5 person cabin
         $30/person for day campers

Saturday Dinner: $10/person (GOA is offering this discounted rate for advanced bookings)

available; please mention "G.O.A. event".
Rooms are available at Knott’s Berry Farm Hotel for $119/night.
The 20th annual G.O.A. SAT Award will be presented to a
qualifying 11 th or 12 th grader. Application deadline: December 1, 2017.
